Thank you for your recent purchase of Sage Peachtree! The following information will help you get started using your product.

If you purchased Sage Peachtree from Sage on February 25, 2011 or later…

  • You are already Registered!
  • Install your product.
  • Enter your Serial Number and Activation Key in the product start-up screen. This information is located in the Sage Download Notification Email you received after your order was processed.

Additional Online Resources at the Sage Customer Portal

The Sage Customer Portal will be your new online resource to access the Sage Knowledgebase, get software updates, use Live Chat, submit a support case and more.

Log in to the Sage Customer Portal here.
First-time users will need to register from the portal homepage. If you purchased a product via our website February 25, 2011 or later you may use the Login created during checkout.

If you purchased Sage Peachtree from Sage prior to February 25, 2011 or from a Retail Store…

  • Log in to the Sage Customer Portal here.
    First-time users will need to register from the portal homepage.(Internet Explorer 7 or higher is recommended).
  • A login screen will open in a new browser window. Click the link on the right hand side of the screen that says 'Sign-up got a Portal Account' You will need the following information to register:
    a. Company / Individual Name
    b. Contact information
  • Once you are logged in to the Sage Customer Portal, click the Register Now button in the Product Registration box on the right-hand side of the portal homepage.
  • The Sage Service and Support window will open. Click on the Product Registration tab at the top.
  • Enter the following information:
    a. Product Family
    - Select Sage Peachtree
    b. Company Name - Verify Company Name
    c. Serial Number - Enter the Serial Number of your software: Located in your Sage order confirmation email or located on the inside of the DVD case above the CD or the back of the DVD case if purchased from Retail.
  • After you register your product, you will receive the information you need to enable your software.
