- You already have Sage Peachtree installed. Installing over existing Sage Peachtree software upgrades your data to the latest release. When the trial expires you will be locked out of your data and cannot recover or reinstall the older software versions.
- Using Windows Vista® Home/Business or Windows® XP without Svc Pack 3 installed on your PC.

Functionality Limitations
You will be unable to perform the following during Sage Peachtree TestDrive or Trial Download:
- Launch web links or Internet applications.
- Integrate with external applications, Web services or software such as Microsoft® Outlook®, Crystal Reports® 2008, Sage ACT!, Sage Peachtree Online Bill Pay, UPS® and Sage Peachtree Online Backup.
- Automatically import bank statements. However, a sample file is included so that you can see how the process works.
- Set up multiple users.
- Convert QuickBooks® companies.
- Upload your company files.
- Download any information created in the TestDrive.
*If you try Sage Peachtree Premium Accounting, you can convert to any Sage Peachtree Accounting version, except Sage Peachtree Quantum. The Sage Peachtree Quantum Trial will convert to any Sage Peachtree Accounting version. However, company data cannot be converted to any other version. If you create a company in Sage Peachtree Quantum Accounting, that company can only be converted to Sage Peachtree Quantum Accounting. Similarly, if you create a company in Sage Peachtree Premium Accounting, that company can only be converted to Sage Peachtree Premium Accounting.
