How long is my data stored off-site?
Your data is stored for 120 days from the date of your last backup. You can order a CD of your backup during that period if you would like to keep a backup longer.
What kind of support does Sage provide?
Sage will provide support for issues with the setup, backup and restoration for Peachtree company data files only if processed through the Peachtree Accounting interface.
Sage will also provide support for issues regarding the backup and restoration for all non-Peachtree data files backed up through the Peachtree Online Backup agent, which is outside of the Peachtree Accounting application. However, Sage cannot troubleshoot problems with non-Sage files or applications after they have been restored through the Peachtree Online Backup agent.
