General Ledger Control
With ePeachtree you can have up to 13 periods in a fiscal year, and keep transaction detail for an unlimited number of fiscal and payroll years. Your Account IDs can be up to 20 characters and during company setup you can choose from 75 different sample charts of accounts and modify them as needed.

Access for Your Accountant
Provide your accountant with easy access to your data in order to provide you with real-time support, eliminating the normal hassles associated with exchanging data at the end of the month or year. Your accountant can make any needed adjusting entries from their own office and print journals or financials.

Sales Orders
Track your sales from order to invoice! Easily enter and print sales orders and keep track with the sales order register report. You can easily convert your sales orders to an invoice!

Generate Customer Quotes
Quickly and easily provide your customers with estimates for their orders by printing quotes! Quotes do not actually update your accounting information until they are converted to invoices.

Enter and print professional invoices
Easily enter and print professional quality customer invoices, automatically populate Bill To and Ship To addresses for each customer as well as customized payment terms. You can make full or partial payments and ePeachtree will automatically calculate early payment discounts (optional). Print the individual check now or run a batch of checks later. Add a purchase description on check stubs in addition to invoice number, date due and amount. And you can purchase Peachtree check and forms, the only forms guaranteed by Sage to work with your product.

Enter/Print Purchase Orders
Track purchase orders until goods are received, then easily convert to a bill at the click of a button. Receive and record inventory before receiving the bill and receive partial shipments. Inventory Stock Status report gives you a quick glance at quantity-on-hand, quantity-on-order, minimum stock, reorder quantity, and location information. Purchase orders can be printed on plain paper, letterhead, and specially designed Peachtree forms.

Timesaving Vendor Defaults
Track "Remit To" and "Order From" addresses which automatically populate when entering purchase orders and payments. Set up customized payment terms for each vendor.

Store Key Vendor Information
Track date sensitive notes for each vendor such as call logs, directions, reminders, etc. And five user-definable fields let you track anything you want, just set up your own field labels and enter the contents on the Vendor's page. For example, you might want to track an additional phone number or contact name such as the shipping manager.

Track Inventory Costing
You will always know how much inventory you have, how much you've sold, and how much it's all worth. ePeachtree uses an average costing method and can accurately track quantity on-hand and re-order quantities. You can maintain stock, non-stock, labor, service, and comment item types and data input screens are updated to match.

Flexible Item Setup
Item IDs can contain up to 20 characters with a 255-character description with separate descriptions for sales and purchases. You can assign up to 10 price levels, define preferred vendors, and specify an item as taxable. Track the sale of items that are subject to commission and utilize reports to help calculate commission payments for your sales people. And five user-definable fields let you track additional inventory information that may be unique to your business.

Display Item Images for easy identification
You can add an image for each of your inventory items by importing an image on the Item Picture tab, providing you and your employees with a visual cue for identifying and locating specific items.

Job & Project Tracking
Track the status of your jobs and projects and analyze basic job profitability. Maintain job information such as supervisor, planned end date, status, etc. You can associate a specific line item of a quote or invoice to a particular job and a specific line item of a purchase to a particular job. You can also apply general journal entries to jobs. Then you can compare estimates to actual amounts and better manage any current or future projects.

Sales Tax Tracking
ePeachtree supports multi-level tax rates, allowing you to enter rates at the authority level and assign authorities to a particular location. Flexible options let you tax freight within a specific taxing authority and override sales tax rates when entering an invoice. You can also specify any exempt customers. Predefined reports tell you exactly how much sales tax you owe.

Reporting is not just record keeping! With ePeachtree flexible reporting, you also get the insight behind your numbers. Identify specific employees as salespersons and they will appear on the sales representative list. Select the appropriate sales rep to track their sales by invoice, quote, or sales return.

What is included with the Payroll Service?
The basic accounting service does not include Payroll, which allows you to pay your employees and includes automatic updates to your federal and state tax tables and allows you to print 940EZ, 941, 1099, W-2 and W-3 tax forms along with regular payroll reports. Available to all ePeachtree basic accounting customers, the ePeachtree Payroll service is an add-on option that can either be ordered at the same time as the basic accounting or added on at a later date.

How do I add payroll?
You may select the Order Now option at any time. From within the ePeachtree, select the Order Services option from the Help menu. There will be an additional fee for this service.

Can I try it to see if I like it?
Towards the end of your 30-day trial period, we will send you an e-mail reminder that your credit card will be billed for the service within 2 weeks and as long as you cancel at least 2 days prior to the scheduled billing date you will not be charged.

I already use Peachtree Accounting desktop software, should I switch?
That truly depends on your business needs. You may find our other products are more appropriate for you. For example, Peachtree Complete Accounting offers much more in depth Inventory and Job Costing features along with the ability to customize reports. We do offer another online solution that gives you remote access to some of your Peachtree desktop data. If you determine ePeachtree is right for your business, we recommend an Internet connection, such as a cable modem, DSL, or T1.

Is my data safe from hackers and viruses passed through the Internet?
Our servers are protected by a state-of-the-art firewall to foil hacker intrusions. ePeachtree uses the most advanced security available.

Can I import from other Accounting Packages?
We currently do not offer conversions.

Can ePeachtree integrate with Microsoft Office?
ePeachtree has over 100 reports that can be exported to either Word or Excel.
