Crystal Reports® 2008

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition and Windows Server 2000 not supported. The multi-user version comes with one full license and the number of view-only licenses equal to the number of Peachtree licenses you have acquired.

Data Repair

Not all data can be repaired. Data Repair Specialists reserve the right to determine whether the issue can be resolved using internal tools and processes. in some cases, you may be referred to a third party, which could result in additional fees. The Data Repair Service requires that a complete backup of your data be sent to Sage.

Direct Deposit

Subject to approval. Additional fees, internet access and credit card required. Not available with Peachtree First Accounting.

E-mail Forms, Reports & Financial Statements

Requires Microsoft Outlook 2002, 2003 or 2007; Outlook Express 5 or 6; other MAPI compliant e-mail programs.

Handle Large Data Requirements

Peachtree does not impose a hard limit on database capacity, however, individual performance will vary depending on actual number of transactions, database size, and number of concurrent users. Data management efficiencies are also realized in the Peachtree 2010 products.

Excel, Outlook and Word integration requires Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word 2002, 2003 or 2007.

Multi-user option

For multi-user access, you must purchase one single-user box per licensed, named user or one Multi-use Value Pack for up to five licensed, named users. See System Requirements. For greater than 5 licensed, named users visit www.peachtree.com/quantum.

Multi-user option (up to 40 users)

Multi-user licenses available in of packs of 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40. A maximum of 40 licensed, named users is allowed. Only the first 40 named users selected in the user maintenance screen are considered licensed, named users.

Multiple Contacts

There is a maximum of 20 ship to addresses and 1 billing address per customer. Only 2 contacts per customer can be synced with Outlook.

Multi-Year Reporting

Upon upgrading to Peachtree 2010, 3 years of converted Peachtree Financial Statement data and account balance data on General Ledger reports will be readily accessible, as well as data for future closed years.

Online Banking Reconciliation

Internet access required. See www.peachtree.com/banks for a current list of supported banks, which is subject to change. Your bank may charge a fee to download statements.

Open Multiple Companies

When opening more than one company, you will experience reduced product functionality in those companies opened after the first one.

Outlook Contact Synchronization

Requires Microsoft Outlook 2002, 2003, or 2007. Outlook Sync supported in Exchange 2000 SP2, 2003, and 2007.

Password Recovery

The Password Recovery Service requires a signed Letter of Consent from a legally authorized user in order to recover the ID or password.

Payroll Solutions

Compliant tax forms and tax tables require a subscription to Peachtree Simple Payroll. For details see www.peachtreepayroll.com or call 877-231-3761.

Peachtree Bill Pay

Subject to approval and to Sage terms of service. Additional fees, internet access and checking account required.

Peachtree Business Care (1 year unlimited access to support)

Support Specialists are available from 8:30 am until 8:30 pm ET Monday-Friday, and reserve the right to limit a call to one hour or one incident.

Peachtree Business Care (Renewal Policy)

To ensure continuous service, subsequent years will be automatically billed to the same credit card each year on the anniversary date of your purchase at the then current rate after notifying you 30 days in advance of your anniversary date. You may terminate the plan with at least 7 calendar days’ notice prior to your renewal anniversary date and not be charged for the renewal.

Peachtree Business Care

The Peachtree Business Care Plan (which includes product upgrades, updates, and customer support) will be renewed automatically each year on the anniversary date of your purchase unless you terminate your agreement prior to that date. Renewal is not required to continued access to product updates for supported versions.

Peachtree Payment Solutions (Credit Card Service)

Subject to approval and to Sage Payment Solutions terms and conditions. Additional fees (including swipe terminal for card present transactions), internet access, and credit card required.

Peachtree Direct Deposit
